What happened on the weekend was nothing short of a big blunder under the noses of the NSW Liberal Party government (still) under Gladys Berejiklian. A Melbourne security guard saved the scene and ensured that the damage done by NSW is kept within some limits. Federal Health minister Greg Hunt had obviously not been informed when he boasted about some safety net. Whatever he had in place failed miserably and put the entire country at high risk. Talking about safety is one thing – having safety, is quite another.
