Look what I found in my letter box this morning. A hand-written note from someone ? That’s nice – or is it ? I quickly realise that while it looks like a hand-written note, it is a print of a hand-written note. So, it is not just for me – it has been put in many letter boxes this morning. “Oh yeah, they do that…” – Come on, this is borderline if not outright illegal behaviour on behalf of Philip Webb Real Estate. Misleading potential clients is not OK by law.
One thing is clear: if I ever decide to sell my house, Philip Webb will not be involved (I might send them a hand-written note after I sold my house, though.)
